During the Measure Phase, in order to understand why they were missing the 2-day customer turnaround requirement, what should the team decide to do?
Ask customers if they would be okay with a 4-day turnaround time
Design and implement a new software system
Collect data on current turn-around time and study the different reasons for missing the deadline
Deduct pay from anyone who misses the customer deadline
