Jackie really appreciated your advice on how she could expand
her business. She has decided to take your advice but is
curious about whether or not she should create a partnership or a
corporation. She is also interested in franchising. It
is important to her to maintain CONTROL of her brand. She is
willing allow three of her major agents invest in the new
entity. She wants to know what is the best option to maintain
managerial control and allow her agents to participate in the
leadership.
1. Advise Jackie on the differences between partnership,
LLC, and Corporate.
2. Advise her how she can also franchise her
business and maintain her brand.
