When a router monitored by NPM reboots, the interface indexes statuses change to unknown in NPM. What do you do after you remove the unknown interfaces?

A. Update the NPM internal ID numbers
B. Manually update the interface indexes
C. Rum a list of resources on that node and add the interfaces with the updated index IDs
D. Run the Configuration Wizard to update the interface indexes
