NOTE You can only use How Did I Do ONCE for this question. A shipping company wants to create a new network of shipping routes to connect 12 ports while minimising the number of direct links to save cost (a direct link is a shipping line directly connecting two ports, i.e. a ship can go directly from one port to another without having to stop at any other port in the middle). Question: What is the minimum number of direct links?
