When installing SteelHead on Microsoft Hyper-V, if RiOS logs messages related to missing disks, what should you do?

A. Ensure that the RiOS Data Store disk is present and is in slot 1 of controller 0
B. Ensure that the RiOS Data Store disk is present and is in slot 3 of controller 1
C. Check the VM settings and very that synthetic NICs are in use and the associated cards are connected
D. Verify that the lan0_0 and wan0_0 interfaces are mapped to the correct NIC on the Windows server
