This is the case of obsessive thoughts faced by a young adolescent college guy who is constantly rechecking himself to figure out the solution.
Consider the following scenario: a young college student who is dealing with a psychological problem. He salivates more whenever he sees a picture or video of semen-swallowing porn. This makes him more nervous and self-shame. He has no interest in swallowing the semen and he is a perfect straight man without any homosexual thoughts. He believes he is salivating as a result of his inner desire to swallow the semen. Just like we salivate more when we see some delicious items to eat. He is suffering silently. For this reason, he is constantly checking himself to see if he is salivating or not, and while watching the disgusting videos, he salivates.
This is the subject of the investigation.
1) How to comfort him in this case? He is a straight man but afraid of the secretion of saliva.
2) Is this case similar to how we salivate more when we see disgusting things or at the time of omitting food items from our stomach?
3) Do we produce saliva even when we see disgusting things like videos of swallowing semen?
