The drawing shows two situations in which charges are placed on the x and y axes. They are all located at the same distance of 4.60 cm from the origin O. For each of the situations in the drawing, determine the magnitude of the net electric field at the origin. (a) The charge on the negative x axis is 2 micro coulombs. The charge on the positive x axis is negative 3 micro coulombs. The charge. on the positive y axis is negative 5 micro coulombs. (b) The charge on the negative x axis is 4 micro coulombs. The charge on the positive x axis is negative 1 micro coulombs. The charge on the positive y axis is 1 micro coulombs. The charge on the negative yaxis is 6 micro coulombs. (a) E= (b) E=
