PROJECT MANAGEMENT LAB OVERVIEW
You have been assigned to manage a product launch project from
plan to release. You have completed the project WBS and captured
the duration and predecessors for each task. Your next step is to
determine the project’s end date as well as its critical path to
present to the project's sponsor who is your client. Use Smartsheet
to prepare a Gantt chart and schedule from the Product Launch WBS.
The project’s start date is April 18, 2022, Export the completed
Smartsheet that includes the critical path and project end date as
a pdf document. Please title the project plan and include your
First and Last Name, course (BUS 308 Systems in Organizations), my
name (Professor Lacy), and submission date. Note: The Lab Gantt
chart MUST include the following: Task, Duration, Start, Finish,
Predecessors. and Critical Path. (Points will be loss if ANY of
