Draw the AS-AD graph for the following scenario:
Suppose there is a negative AD shock. The federal government
uses expansionary fiscal policy to increase AD, but the policy
isn't very effective, and the new AD curve is still below the
initial AD curve.
Be sure to label the axes and all relevant curves. Label the
initial equilibrium as point A, the new short-run equilibrium after
the shock as point B, and the new short-run equilibrium after the
policy change as point C.
