her daughter came to take her out for dinner, she found her on the
floor of her bathroom. She was complaining of severe hip and arm
pain. She said she fell the night before and was unable to call for

Medical history: Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis
Meds: Glucotrol, Metformin, multivitamin, Ambien
