The battery is left in the circuit while a dielectric that fills the region between the plates is inserted into capacitor #1. a) How does the capacitance, charge on the plates, potential difference and energy stored for capacitor #1 change... i.e., increases, decreases, stays the same, or can't tell? b) How does the capacitance, charge on the plates, potential difference and energy stored for capacitor #2 change... i.e., increases, decreases, stays the same, or can't tell?
