1. The Royal Canadian Mint commissioned the $8 silver coin in 2007 known as the Blessings of Wealth in celebration of the coins of ancient China. The designer of this coin sent its schematic to the Mint in the form of a set C given by C:= ={v=() ER² y + y 2 2 < 100 and max{\yıl, \y2]} where units are in mm. (a) In a copy of the Euclidean plane R2, sketch the set C. Make sure to include the coordinates of any vertices of the set in your diagram. (5 marks) (b) Show that the set C is open. (8 marks) (c) By writing the set C using polar coordinates, and then setting up a double integral and evaluating it, find the area of the set C. (7 marks)
