Her fundal height measurement is 25 cm and her vital signs are T=99.0F;P=72;RR=18;B/P=147/92. She has gained 12 pounds since she was last seen at her 24-week appointment. She reports swelling in her feet and hands and a headache for 2 days. There is glucose and protein present in her urine by dipstick.
