-A three year old was brought to ER with3 day vomiting , fever.She had a brief convulsion that settled spontaneously on arrival tohosptial. on medical examiniation of chidl she was febrile. fever39 and lethargic and responded to stimuli. there was also evidenceof purpuric skin lesion over lower region of body.
