help please !!
1. What can you conclude about the relative levels of HER2 protein in the various breast cancer cell lines? Please note which line has the highest level of HER2 protein, which line has the lowest level of HER2 protein, and whether additional copies of the HER2 gene led to increased HER2 protein levels in MCF7/HER2 versus MCF7/WT cells. 2. Why was an antibody targeting the alphaactin protein (a cytoskeletal protein) also used to probe the Western blot? Can you make any conclusions about the levels of HER2 protein in the cells relative to alpha-actin levels? Why or why not? 3. Do the data support the hypothesis that HER2 overexpression contributes to fenretinide resistance? Why or why not?
