Steam enters a nozzle at 400∘C and 800kPa with a velocity of 15 m/s. The steam leaves the nozzle at 375∘C and 400kPa. Heat is lost at a rate of 20 kW. The inlet has a cross sectional area of 900 cm2. Calculate the velocity and the volumetric flow rate at the exit.
