An Aircraft B737-800 T-Stiffener beam located in the forward cargo hole was found damaged due to impact. The damaged portion of the T-Stiffener was completely removed by splicing where the removed section is shown as green shaded area in the following figure. The details of affected T-Stiffener are also illustrated in the following figure. Given DATA of AL7075-T6 Strength of Bearing Ultimate =32KSI or 32000Ibff22 Strength of Shear Ultimate =38KSI or 38000Ibfin2 Strength of Tensile Ultimate =78KSI or 78000Jbf′in2 Question 1.1 (10 Marks) Determine the total load loss of the affected T-Stiffener Beam's removed section for repair.
