For the stress square shown below, please do the following using Mohr's circle (a figure with gridlines and the σ−τ axes with values is provided for your Mohr's circle work): ( 16 points) a) Determine the principal stress values and the principal angle θp (in degrees b) Draw the stress square rotated to the principal stress state (e.g. as SP 1, Fig. 4 on p. 487) c) Determine the stress state at maximinum shear stress and the maximum shear stress angle θs d) Draw the rotated stress square for (c) in a manner similar to (b)
