Matt is riding a bicycle and attempts to get passed Sarah exactly at the post office. Sarah is constantly pedal cycling at the speed of 75rpm while Matt is initially riding at the speed of 15 km/h at the position shown in Fig. 1. Both have identical fixed gear sprocket system for their bicycle as shown in Fig. 2.
