SPA should be able to support calendar, order tracking, mapping and location finding features, storing customers' orders in a document-oriented database, as well as support cloud-based deployment and scalable to manage concurrent users. - Ordering web application that is able to: (i) update and process the customer order faster; (ii) less web server processor consumption; and (iii) support ACID transaction. - Helpdesk chatbot integrating with virtual Artificial Intelligent (AI) assistant will be able to understand human languages both spoken and written.
