4.) Hot water at 90 C flows on the inside of a 2.5 cm I.D. steel tube with 0.8 mm wall thickness at a velocity of 5 m/s. This is the inside of a double-pipe counterflow heat exchanger. The outer pipe is 3.75 cm I.D., and engine oil at 20 C flows in the annular space at 6 m/s. Calculate the overall heat-transfer coefficient for this arrangement if the tube length is 5 m.
