A sauce factory produces a vinaigrette sauce. The sauce ingredients are oil (50% V/V), acetic acid (25% V/V) and a liquid mixture of spices (25% V/V). The ingredients placed in tanks on ground level. The streams from each tank are combined at the mixing point D and transferred by a pump to the storage tank (E) which is also placed on ground level, as described in the drawing attached after of the question. The heights marked in the drawing beside the tanks describes the liquids height in it. All tanks are open to atmosphere. The rheological properties of the acetic acid and the mixed spices are similar to water. The oil density is 0.89 gr/cm3 with a viscosity of 76 cp. What is the required pump head (in m) in this system?
