(6 Marks) (b) for an electronic padlock, a password of 3 pre-stored numbers 3, 1,2 (11,01, 10 in binary) needs to be entered correctly before the padlock can be opened. Design a digital circuit with Moore model to detect this password using only I flip-flops and NAND gates. If the circuit is powered up or a password is completely entered, the circuit will go to state 0 to wait for the first number at next clock cycle. (i) Draw the state diagram of the circuit. (ii) Tabulate the characteristic and excitation tables of the circuit. (iii) Plot the K-maps. (iv) Draw the circuit diagram. (15 Marks
