Our company built a hotel in Omaha, NE with 135 rooms and at grade parking in 2014 at a cost of $10.4 million. We are now planning a 180-room hotel for Charlotte, NC to be built in 2024. Construction means and methods will be similar except due to the additional height of the Charlotte, NC building (2 additional floors), a more robust foundation system will be required that we believe will cost an additional $750,000.
