Individual Performance Management. The assignment I am
struggling with is in regards to Gap Analysis. The company
being used in reference to the questions is called
Ninjacart.
1. What is the current state and the desired state of
Ninjacart?
2. What are the existing resources, organizational capabilities,
and performance deficiencies within the organization,
Ninjacart.
3. What would be the alternatives that are available to
close/eliminate the gap between the desired state and the current
state?
**Ninjacart is India's largest fresh produce supply chain
platform.
