(b) Each of the judges has one certificate of excellence which they will give to their favorite participant. In how many ways can the certificates be distributed if the individual certificates are identical (participants may receive more than one cer- tificate). (c) If part (6) is changed so that no participant may receive more than one certificate, then in how many ways may they be distributed?
