Recently you joined a well-known manufacturing company of an
auto industry as a manager, company needs to prepare a product for
client on a approved lead time and you realize that various
functions/department do not have cordial relationship. As an
associate Manager of plant, you have the responsibility to
channelize the job in desired manner. Please suggest whether
creative problem solving or an appreciative inquiry program would
