Currently, XXXX contractors have over 6 projects on the books;
however, the construction of a fully-fledged academy with
specialist water sports facilities, valued at £12m, has been
experiencing challenges. The challenges of the project relate to
overspending, slow progress, and inadequate protocols for the
efficient processing of interim payments.
Task: Create a site management structure that can implement
commercial decisions to help the cash flow management on the
