The Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017,introduced by the Ontario Liberal government made a number ofchanges to the ESA, and, the next year, the Ontario Conservativegovernment passed the Making Ontario Open for Business Act, 2018undoing or altering many of these changes.
