The function f(x,y) = x² + y² + 16xy has a stationary point in the upper-half plane (i.e. the y-coordinate of this stationary point is positive), and let this point be (xo,yo). Perform a Taylor expansion (up to second order derivatives) about (xo, yo) and evaluate f(xo +0.05, yo+0.05).
