Circle 2 and then cross out all multiples of 2 (every second number). Then 3 is the next prime number, circle it and cross out every multiple of 3 (every third number). Now continue to block out numbers, circle 5 and so on that are multiples of other numbers except 1. There will be extra Xs and Os, you can delete those.
