37. For the beam defined in question 25 determine the shear capacity of the concrete using both methods. Assume 19mm aggregate size. 25. Design the following beam using the equations and perform all checks: A 6m long beam is to be rectangular in shape with a width of 250mm and a depth of 350mm. Assuming no stirrups are added and a concrete strength of 30MPa design and detail the beam for the following superimposed load case: Superimposed Live Load 7.2 kN/m Superimposed Dead Load 3.6 kN/m
