Masses are: m1 = 3m, m2 = 2m, m3 = m = 5 kg; b1 = b=4 N.s/m. b2=b1/2; b3=b1/3; k1=k=20N/m. k2-k3=2k; a. X1=3 m at time zero. Everything else, including f(t) is zero. b. Zeros ICs, and f(t)= step of magnitude 30 N.
