Consider the model of a position servo system with velocity feedback shown in Figure Q3. (a) (b) (c) (d) Determine the transfer function of the system. Without velocity feedback (K₂ = 0), determine the percentage overshoot, %Mp and settling time, Ts if given K₁ = 0.173 If velocity feedback is attached to the system to reduce 80% of overshoot, M, as in Q3 (b), compare the values of K₂ and the new settling time, Tg. From the results obtained from Q3 (b) and Q3 (c), examine the effect of attaching velocity feedback to the system.
