a) Parameters below is a data experiment conduct by some researcher to study the process of converting an analogue signal to digital binary. They are using 3 -bit PCM system. Maximum analog input frequency =100kHz (a) 0.1MHz Maximum decoded voltage at the receiver = ±2.55 V Minimum dynamic range =46 dB Figure 1 By using standard PCM system, calculate; (i) All the necessary value to produce the digital coding of Figure 1 including quantization error. Write down the digital result of above analog signal. (ii) The absolute value for dynamic range. (iii) Minimum number of bits used in the PCM code. (iv) The actual value of dynamic range in dB. (v) The resolution of the system.
