1. Write a program to flash the PIC-P40 on-board LED on for 1.0seconds and off for 0.5 seconds (see attached schematics fordetails). Use Timer0 to create the 1.0 second delay and Timer1 tocreate the 0.5 second delay. Be sure to use the MPLAB simulator toverify the proper operation of the program. Once you have fullydebugged the program, write the code to the PIC-P40 and demonstrateits operation to the instructor by uploading a video to YouTube(see note below)
