I am doing a paper on a geriatric patient. I'm in a nursingprogram. The assessment tools used for the assignment were themini-cog, mini nutritional assessment, and the Hendrich Fall RiskModel. I am stumped on this last question. Please help! My answerneeds to be in reference to nursing and discussgeriatrics.
