Based on what we learned, which is correct about the comparison of X-ray crystallography and Cryo-electron microscopy? O Cryo-electron microscopy requires a lot more protein sample. Cryo-electron microscopy has a much higher resolution. Cryo-electron microscopy does not require protein crystals. X-ray crystallography requires low temperature.
We learned the catalytic mechanisms of two enzymes: Ribonuclease A and Chymotrypsin. The catalytic mechanism they have in common is: all the listed covalent catalysis acid-base catalysis metal ion catalysis
