1. I have a bag containing 5 black marbles, 12 white ones, 7 blue ones, and 3 green ones. I reach into the bag and remove a marble without looking. (A) If I pull out one marble, what is the probability that it will be white? (B) If I put that marble back and pull out a second marble, what is the probability that I will get a white marble on both the first and second trials? (C) If I don't put the marble back, what is the probability that I get a white marble on both the first and second trials? (D) If I take two marbles from the bag at the same time, what is the probability that one will be white and one blue?
