Develop a brief scenario as to how you have come to need care. Describe the signs and symptoms within the context of your scenario (remember you have limited mobility, full cognition, and no ability to verbalize).

4. Describe how this illness would impact your relationships with family and friends.
5. Describe the role of the Health Care Assistant involved in providing your care and any other health care professionals you might expect to be part of the Interdisciplinary team.

7. Identify changes you would need to make to your current living conditions in order to accommodate your new situation. (Include the use of assistive devices and any safety issues that may need to be addressed). How will these changes get done?
