what are the ICD 10/CM FOR THIS (4 CODES) . The Patient was
diagnosed with carcinoma of the uterus five years ago with a total
abdominal hysterectomy performed at the time. The patient has
completed chemotherapy for the primary malignancy of the uterus and
has had no cancer treatment over the past three years. During a
follow-up examination recently, a CT scan of the abdomen showed a
suspicious lesion in the rectum that was later biopsied and found
to be a secondary malignant neoplasm that originated in the uterus.
The patient visited the oncologist today to review possible
treatment options
