Insurance companies generally believe that younger drivers have more accidents and should be charge higher insurance premium. A sample of 1200 policyholders revealed the followig breakdown on whether a claim had been filed in the last 3 years and the age of the policyholders. Is it reasonable to conclude that there is a relationship between the age of the policyholders and whether or not the person filed a claim? Use the .02 significance level.
