9. The calcium content of a 200 mL sample of natural springwater was determined by precipitating it as calcium oxalate(CaC2O4). The precipitate was then filtered, washed, and ignited ina crucible with an empty mass of 26.6002 g, this left CaO. The massof the crucible plus CaO (56g/mol) was 26.7134 g. Calculate theconcentration of Ca (40.0g/mol) in the water in units of grams per100 mL.
Q6) A good chemist will always acknowledge that errors occurwithin any data set, however carefully they perform the analysis. It is therefore good practice to perform analyses several times inorder that some certainty may be given that the test gives a trueand valid reading. Two terms related to this repetition of testingare precision and accuracy. Define each.
