In the rectangular wire loop below, a= 3.0m, b=.2m, The applied external B-field is given by B(x,t)=2x²t². x is in meters, t is in seconds, B is in Tesla. Assume the loop has resistance of 502. x=a b=.2m BO (out) | 3² | = 2x²2²2² |B|= a=3m a) Find the flux at t=2s. b) Find the EMF induced on the loop. c) Find the value and the direction of the current in the loop. d) Find the applied magnetic field at the center of the loop at t=2s. f) e) Find the energy density at the center of the loop due to the applied magnetic field at t=2s. Find the net force on the wire loop due to the induced current and the applied B-field at t=5s. (hint: find the magnetic force on each side of the rectangle; some of them are zero and others cancel)
