1. A factory manufactures two types of calculators Scientific and Digital. Each type of calculator requires the use of two machines, A and B. It takes 12 + e minutes on machine A and 25 + c minutes on machine B to manufacture Scientific calculator, while it takes 20 + a minutes on machine A and 35 + b minutes on machine B to manufacture Digital calculator. Machine A is available for at most 200 – a minutes and machine B is available for at most 400 – b minutes on any day. The manufacturer can sell Scientific calculator at a profit of 30 + a + b R.O. and Digital calculator at a profit of 20 – bte R.O. Assume that he can sell all the phones he manufactures.
