An object of mass 200 g oscillates horizontally and without friction at the end of a horizontal spring where k = 7.0 N/m. The mass is displaced 5.0 cm from its equilibrium position and then released. Calculate a) its speed when it is 3.0 cm from the equilibrium position; b) the maximum acceleration and c) the total energy.
