Answer Happy

The group project will be completed in series of phases. Foreach phase, the group members will collaborate to produce adocument for each phase. The phases should be completed in order.The document should, at a minimum, answer all of the questions forthe phase but should include all pertinent information. The finalreport should include the documentation compiled in each phase aswell as a document detailing the contribution of each group member.Group members are expected to actively participate in all phases.The final report should be in APA format and cite resources asappropriate to support decisions being made. In a separatesubmission, each group member will complete the team assessmentform linked in the same location as the group project submission.Your project will not be graded without the team assessment.

Someone logged on to the Student Information System with ateacher’s credentials and changed some grades. In addition,some employee data was apparently downloaded.
