A block of wood in the form of a waterproofed 16- in. cube isfloating in a tank of salt water with a 6-in. layer of oil floatingon the water. Assume that the cube floats in the attitude shown,and calculate the height h of the block above the surface of theoil. The specific weights of oil, salt water, and wood are 56, 64,and 50 lb/ft°, respectively.
