QUESTION 3 [25 MARKS] (a) Two generators A and B are respectively rated 200 MW with 5% droop, and 350 MW with 8% droop. They are running in parallel to supply the isolated system. Generator A is at 0.5 pu load and generator B is at 0.65 pu load while running at 3000 rpm and 50 Hz. Find the no load speed (in rpm) of each generator if it is disconnected from the system.
