Another very significant difference, is the existence of zero divisors: there are non-zero matrices A and B with AB = 0. For example, take A = [9], [81] Exercise 23. Find an example of A and B both 2 x 2 matrices, both with no entry equal to zero, so that AB = 0. Exercise 24. Let A and B both be px p matrices. Is (AB)² = A²B² always true? Prove or give counterexample. and B =
